Fitness Assessment
A baseline fitness assessment is an important part of any responsible personal training program. First and foremost it's purpose is to objectively measure your current level of physical fitness. Secondarily it is useful in identifying potential health issues, problems or concerns that may require correcting or a visit to your physician to be cleared for exercise and work with a personal trainer.   Without an effective fitness assessment, growth cannot be accurately measured. The fitness assessment incorporates many different methods to achieve accurate results.

The Fitness Assessment Measures:
Body fat/muscle composition/bone density 
Postural assessment 
Flexibility
Balance
Status of core strength
muscle imbalances
Running/walking gait

 Nutrition Planning and Guidance:
Available to all clients: Nutrition and meal planning.   I partner with Nutrition Evolution to supply my clients with meal plans that meet their needs.  With the goal in mind of learning exactly what good nutrition is and how to embrace it going forward in your life.

Additionally, I offer a service for monthly nutrition planning separate from training for those who desire to learn to eat in a more healthy way, but may not want to, or be ready to train.

Strength Training: 
You will be guided through a program that will develop strength and increase endurance. I will ensure you that workouts don't get repetitive or boring. I will work with you to achieve maximum results.
